Each bowl in the This or That set is thrown individually on a potter's wheel in our studio in Ahmedabad, India shaped by hand, trimmed, glazed with finishes we develop ourselves, and fired in a gas kiln. This process means no two pieces in any ceramic bowl set are exactly the same. The glaze breaks differently on each one. The weight sits slightly differently in your hand. These are not imperfections, they are the difference between something made and something manufactured.

How to care for your ceramic bowl set
