Serai

A handmade ceramic matcha cup and goblet inspired by the rain-soaked forests of Malaysia.

Serai is the Malay word for lemongrass, a plant that feels both fresh and familiar, thriving in landscapes shaped by rain, growth, and abundance.

This goblet form emerged from a series of what-ifs, a design journey that encouraged exploration beyond familiar territory. The small hand-drawn motif on each piece is a reminder of that spirit of curiosity.

Its elevated form feels special without being precious. Use it for matcha, wine, coconut water, or any drink that deserves a little more ceremony than usual.
